I have been a raw vegan chef for over 8 years. I remember when I first became a vegan, I was basically eating salads and healthy potato chips! We have come a long way since then. I loved cooking vegan dishes in the beginning because I felt like a scientist in a lab creating flavours and new dishes. Then I discovered the RAW VEGAN WORLD!

My Vegan truffles come in various flavours:
Raw Beet Truffles, Chaga Mushroom Truffles, Spirulina Truffles, Pumpkin Spice Truffles, and Snowball Truffles.
*All truffles are made with dates, maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and cinnamon

I have made cakes for people on Keto diets, on sugar-free lifestyles, with allergies and more. But my favourites are the fruity, bright cheesecakes, like Mango or my Moringa Lime Cheesecake. Whatever you choose you health is safe with me.
